Executive Function Coaching with Maura
Meeting you where you are. Moving forward together.
My mission is to support individuals across the lifespan so they can be authentically themselves and thrive in academic and personal contexts. I partner with individuals to uncover their unique strengths, support through challenges, and collaboratively build systems for success. Together, we’ll elevate your voice; identify and define your goals; create actionable plans; and build lasting strategies that support your goals.
Every person deserves a compassionate, informed approach to learning and growth. That’s why I center on building a trusting relationship, celebrate all wins, and create a safe space for reflection, practice, and real progress.
Through individualized coaching rooted in an understanding of neurodivergence and the development of executive functioning across the lifespan, I aim to build a future where executive function skills are not just taught — they’re nurtured in a way that helps people feel proud of who they are and hopeful about where they’re going.
Hi, I’m Maura Sabatos DeVito—your Executive Function and Academic Coach!
I work with individuals in academic contexts to explore the unique ways their brains work, identify goals that matter to them, and build executive function (EF) strategies that are authentic and sustainable. My approach is grounded in connection, curiosity, and collaboration and informed by my knowlege of neurodivergence and executive functioning.
Every person deserves a compassionate, informed approach to learning and growth.
Real People. Real Progress.

“… As a late-diagnosed woman with ADHD, I appreciated how she recognized the shame I carried around my executive functioning challenges and helped me replace self-criticism with self-compassion. She worked with me to develop practical, individualized systems that fit the way my brain works while navigating the transition from graduate school to launching my own practice. I’m incredibly grateful for her insight, encouragement, and expertise, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.”

As a graduate student, I have to manage my time efficiently with greater autonomy and independence. I realized that I needed guidance with utilizing my time and prioritizing my most important tasks. Maura was instrumental in helping me identify my goals and helped me build and manage a schedule to achieve those goals. If I had difficulty staying on task, we discussed the challenges that arose and implemented strategies to navigate similar situations in the future, so I felt better equipped to move forward instead of running into the same issues. Thanks to her coaching I have a better sense of my time and how to build a realistic schedule that supports what I want to accomplish on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, as well as how to work towards long-term goals.”

Envisioning a world where people of all ages — especially in educational spaces — feel understood, heard, and supported.
You were born to be you — not someone else — and you can thrive and become the best you when you create an environment that leverages your strengths and supports your differences. I meet you where you are and provide unwavering support every step of the way. I believe that when we truly understand how our brains work, feel connected to someone who believes in us, and build positive momentum through small changes, we become more confident, capable, and resilient.
